Home Sweet Home Charities, Inc. was established to provide community -based programs,
education and advocacy to family members of the elderly and disabled while improving their
quality of life.  Our main objective is to prevent premature nursing home placement by
promoting the benefits of keeping loved ones in the home.
Home Sweet Home Charities, Inc. was incorporated in February 2006.

 

 

Home Sweet Home Charities, Inc. recognizes that caring for an elderly loved one at
home can be a real challenge; one that often requires the help of qualified outside
resources.  More than ninety percent of our funds help these families access
community based programs that help and educate them in coping with and caring
for an elderly loved one who is suffering with Alzheimer's and other disabling diseases.
Home Sweet Home Charities, Inc. is a Non-Profit organization based in Jacksonville, Florida.
